We really hope that you enjoy your purchase. However, if you would like to exchange or return a product, or if in the rare case, it arrives to you damaged, then we will be happy to assist you.

Please follow the steps below based on the type of return/exchange:


GENERAL RETURNS

You retain the right to return your full or partial order within 14 days from receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be in new and unused and unopened condition, with all the original product inserts and accessories*.
The return shipping is at your cost, and you must pay for tracking so that you have proof of delivery here to HEVEA (save the receipt for your records).

If you would like to return a product:

  • Write to cs@heveaplanet.com within 14 working days of your product’s delivery with the following details:
    • The full name of the product you purchased
    • Your order number (begins with # at the top of the printout of your receipt)
    • The reason you would like to return the item
  • Send to the address below:

  • Please place the product in a strong cardboard box or you can reuse the box in which you received the product. Make sure the package is securely sealed with tape
  • Send the item to us by Recorded Delivery/Registered Post and be sure to keep the receipt as evidence of posting. Recorded Delivery or Registered post refers to a postal service for which a signature is required upon delivery

Once we have received the return and confirmed the product's condition, we will send you an email confirmation, and the refund will be processed as soon as possible. Usually this happens within 5 working days of receiving the item, and always within 14 days of our confirmation of receipt email to you. Please note that all refunds will include the cost of the returned items and the original cost of shipment to you (not the return shipment cost) and will be sent to the same card used for purchase.

Of note, it is not possible to cancel/return an order by rejecting or not picking up your order without the prior consent of HEVEA.


EXCHANGE OF PURCHASES DELIVERED

RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE OR DEFECT

In the rare circumstance that you wish to return a product due to damage or defect, please...
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at cs@heveaplanet.com and our customer service team will assist you.Include the following details:
    • The full name of the product you purchased
    • Your order number (begins with # at the top of the printout of your receipt)
    • Describe the issue with the product or the packaging
    • Attach detailed photos so that the issue can be clearly illustrated.


*You are liable for any diminished value of the goods, such as breaking the sealed packaging, which ensures that the product is sterile when we receive it. If the product has been used, we withhold the right to reduce the repayment or cancel the refunding payment completely.
